4. Ownership and compliance (KYC)
List every individual who directly or indirectly owns 25% or more of the company: full name, nationality, and ownership percentage.
Name, public position held, and relationship to the company.
Passport, national ID card, or driver's license.
Utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months.
I certify that the information provided in this application is true, complete, and accurate. I authorize P4 Software to verify it, including through third-party identity, sanctions, and background screening, and I will notify P4 Software promptly of any material change.
