Connect Claude to anota in three steps

In your anota account, generate a key from API keys. For security it's shown only once — copy it right then.

Add the connector in Claude

In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector with your key as the Bearer token and this URL:

What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude connect to applications securely. The anota connector is an MCP server: it exposes your forms as tools Claude can use for you during the conversation.

How much does the connector cost?

Nothing. The connector is included on every anota plan, the free one too. Your Claude plan is separate, directly with Anthropic.

Which Claude plans support connectors?

Custom connectors are available on Claude's paid plans — Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise — on both the web and the desktop app. You add them under Settings → Connectors.

How do I revoke access?

Delete the key on the API keys page inside anota. Access is cut off instantly, and you can create a new key whenever you want.

Is it safe to give Claude access?

Yes. Your key travels encrypted over HTTPS, is stored hashed — never in plain text — and only grants access to your workspace. Claude sees only what you ask for in the conversation, and your data never leaves anota for anywhere else.
