Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. Starter includes 5 forms and 100 submissions a month with no time limit and no credit card. It's a real plan, not a trial.
How can you charge 30% less for the same limits?
We run lean. anota is built on efficient, modern infrastructure without decades of legacy systems or a large enterprise sales organization to feed — and we pass that difference on as price.
What happens if I go over my monthly submissions?
Your forms show a friendly “temporarily unavailable” message to new respondents until the month resets or you upgrade. We never silently drop or charge for overage.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes — upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at your next renewal, and you can cancel self-service from your billing page. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days.
