Game Bug Report Form

Let players describe faults with the level of detail your QA team actually needs. They pick the affected mode, state the build they are running, say how often the problem reproduces, list troubleshooting already tried and the peripherals in use, then attach clips or screenshots. Studios receive reproducible tickets instead of scattered forum posts.

2. Which build of the game are you running? (shown in the bottom left corner of the start screen)

3. How many times have you reproduced the fault? If you cannot trigger it reliably, neither can we.

4. What have you already tried in order to fix it? Please test before sending the report.

5. Are you using any accessories? (gamepad, wheel and so on)

6. Do you have screenshots or video of the fault? Upload video as private or share the images on the forum.
