Horseback Riding Waiver

Trail operators and riding centres present this text before anyone mounts up. Each participant confirms that the rules, hazards and safety instructions were explained, then signs voluntarily on screen. Minors covered by the same authorisation can be listed by name so one adult signature covers the whole family.
