Horticulture Entry Card

Garden clubs use this card to take in every specimen entered in a flower show, whether it is judged on site or online. The exhibitor identifies the plant material, describes growing conditions, states whether they propagated it, and uploads the photographs the schedule requires. Judging committees receive everything already sorted by club and zone.
